I downloaded your napmat tutorial and plan to use it tonight! I already bought the supplies you listed. What an amazing job you did. One question... What are the dimension for the fabric for the tube around the elastic? Should it be 3"x29" and then folded over, ironed, insert the elastic, and sew a 0.5" seam on the length?

Hi Meg! You have it exactly right. Make sure you sew right sides together then turn. Send me a picture when you're done :)
