What are the dimension for the fabric for the tube around the elastic? Should it be 3"x29" and then folded over, ironed, insert the elastic, and sew a 0.5" seam on the length?
We don't understand the blanket dimensions - so much wider than the mat - can you explain - we are in the process of making the mat...appreciate your help ASAP
